ABOUT ME
Hi,
I am Lola Oni.
I'm a Wellbeing Coach, Nutrition Therapist and Pharmacist.
I help men and women between the age of 25 to 60, who are stressed and overwhelmed due to family, work, business, life or health.
I use a holistic approach to reduce the effects of stressors and help the body to recover and heal.
Stress is the singular factor that has been implicated in so many illnesses (there are so many studies).
Diseases range from heart disease, high blood pressure, irritable bowel disease, crohn's disease, migraine headache, tension headache, diabetes, cancers, allergies, autoimmune diseases (there are many), thyroid issues and many more.
Many are suffering and living with these illnesses that could have been prevented or managed differently. I have been there and it does not have to be that way.
When you feel great in your body, with the right mindset, you feel great about your life.
Call me today for a chat about where you are at, and to discuss how I can help you.
